Informs that Eivind Kolding will not seek election to the Board of Directors at the upcoming annual shareholders’ meeting February 24, 2016, as otherwise announced in the notice to the annual shareholders’ meeting.

Board of Directors will not propose the election of another candidate instead of Eivind Kolding. As a consequence, Novozymes’ Board of Directors proposes the following candidates for the Board of Directors at the annual shareholders’ meeting
